All from Gomariz, this is a blend of young and old vines co-planted mostly with Treixadura and Albariño, as well as other varieties. Fermented in foudres with just a little battonage, the wine is framed but not marked by oak, instead displaying the impressive freshness of the vineyards. Peachy stone fruit and lemon lead to a peppery and saline finish. It is elegant and fine with real drive and energy.
