The very young and slightly reductive white 2024 Blanco was produced with a blend of 50% Viura, 35% Tempranillo Blanco and 15% Maturana Blanca fermented separately and kept with lees in tank for at least three months. It comes at 13.5% alcohol, with a pH of 3.33 and 6.1 grams of sugar. It has faint notes of apples and bay leaf, and a light palate with good acidity and freshness and a pleasant bitter twist in the finish. This has ripeness and balance, but it's still far too young and in need of some more time in bottle. 122,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in January 2025.
