James Suckling:

Aromas of blackberries, dark plums, bark and dried spices. Full body with firm tannins. Textured with a blackberry-like touch on the palate. Slightly chewy but the overall balance remains. Dried herbs towards the compact, spicy finish. 80% grenache, 10% syrah and 10% mourvedre. From organically grown grapes. Better after 2023.

Decanter:

Floral, pretty and neat, with good purity of fruit. Smooth on the palate, the acidity, fruit and tannin all balanced. Well played for such a tricky year. Much better than most and will last longer than most 2021s. Fermented in concrete, aged for 12 months in barrel, no new oak.
