Avaliação dos peritos

The Wine Advocate:

In the 2021 Cuvée, they went black to blending 75% Garnacha with 20% Mazuelo (Cariñena) and kept some 5% Tempranillo from Dicastillo and a little bit of Olite, and the wine has more color than the 2020 I tasted next to it. This wine is more complete, has lower alcohol (14%) and feels a lot livelier on the palate; it's complex and balanced, and it fermented destemmed with indigenous yeasts and matured in used French barriques for 10 months. The wine is ripe but without excess, with 14.5% alcohol and a medium to full-bodied palate with fine tannins. It is quite balanced and fresh, with very good acidity. It's serious and has fine but firm tannins and is focused, clean and long. 3,149 bottles were filled in January 2023.

Tim Atkin:

With just over 3,400 bottles, this is the biggest volume produced in the winery, a blend of 75% Garnacha 20% Mazuelo and 5% Tempranillo from old bush vines in Dicastillo, Olite and Muruzabal. Fermented in stainless steel and then aged in French oak for around eight months, the wine benefits from 40% whole bunch which brings a lot of energy, off-setting the intensity of red fruit and black pepper spice. Tannins are smooth but bring just the right amount of grip and grunt. 2024-26
