Wine Enthusiast:

Spicy and with full red fruits, the wine is rounded and balanced. With its perfumed acidity and nice touch of pepper, the wine is impressive. It is worth aging a few months and drinking from later in 2023.

Minuty’s 2022 Cotes de Provence Rose 281 offers a floral yet fruity bouquet with aromas of peach, tangerine, licorice, red berries and iodine, followed by a medium-bodied, round, lovely and enveloping texture enhanced by a long, salty and mouthwatering finish. - Yohan Castaing.
