Luis Moya works with grapes from Orduña, where the province of Burgos meets Bizkaia, influenced by the hot wind of the south and the cool and humid wind of the north. The wine is fermented with skins and aged in foudre, stainless steel, tinaja and demijohn. An austere wine, it is bone dry with attractive grip and some enticing aromas of quince, orange peel and wet stone. 2024 - 2026
