L'equilibrista Garnatxa 2018

They do a selection of Garnacha for the 2018 L'Equilibrista Garnatxa, which is a ripe and heady red a little à la Rayas, with 14.5% alcohol and a mellow palate. It fermented destemmed with indigenous yeasts and matured in 2,500-liter tronconic French oak vats for 14 months. It has notes of ripe red berries and flowers and is a little decadent and intense, with a medium to full-bodied palate with fine-grained tannins. 6,200 bottles and 300 magnums produced. - Luis Gutiérrez.
