The 2021 Artífice Llanito Perera Listán Blanco comes from two plots, the original one plus another larger one. The grapes were picked at three moments, and the middle one is selected for this wine. It fermented and matured in an oak foudre and some 500-liter barrels, which is a more reductive vinification. This has a more reductive nose, which feels quite leesy with the spiciness in the background, lively and vibrant, serious and dry, and it has a rocky/stony/austere feeling in the palate. This follows the path of the 2018. 3,984 bottles produced.
