A elaboração deste champagne é realizada com uvas de mais de 50 Crus diferenres, selecionados rigorosamente para conseguir um espumante onde as notas de toranja, marmelo e mel são predominantes. Envelhecido durante 36 meses na adega e mais 6 meses de repouso após o dégorgement, com uma dosagem moderada, fazem dele um vinho a ser tido em conta.

Based on 2011, this has plenty of honeysuckle, grilled cashew nuts and peach stone fruits on offer. The palate delivers a smooth, ripe and slightly candied peach core, with hints of woody complexity, and a fresh finish. Drink now.
Based on the 2015 vintage, the NV Extra-Brut Essentiel is a Pinot Noir-dominant blend complemented by some 20% reserve wines that was disgorged in May 2020 with five grams per liter dosage. Offering up aromas of golden orchard fruit, freshly baked bread and warm biscuits, it's medium to full-bodied, with a pillowy mousse, brisk acids and a mouthwatering finish. This will benefit from another year on cork to knit together and round out, but it's a creditable effort.
