"We look for grapes with structure to make this wine," says Pablo de Simón of this Gran Reserva blend of Tempranillo with 10% Graciano. Produced in what might be called a modernised traditional style, this is floral, focused and acid driven, with tobacco leaf and summer berry fruit, some Christmas spices and good underlying grip. 2024-32.
