Avaliação dos peritos

La Revue du vin de France:

Plus souple, mais avec de belles saveurs et une finale qui demeure vive, le blanc de blancs invite à une gastronomie marine.

Wine Enthusiast:

Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs gives this Champagne its typical mineral edge that partners with open apple fruits and crisp acidity. The wine perfectly marries fruit and texture. Drink now. - Roger Voss.

James Suckling:

This has a complex nose of sourdough, parmesan, oyster shells, dried pineapples and lemons. It’s medium-bodied, sharp and structured on the palate, with fantastic phenolic tension and underlying chalky minerality. Tight mousse. 100% chardonnay from Cotes des Blancs. Based on 2018 harvest. Disgorged September 2022. 5.5g/L dosage. Drink or hold.

The Wine Advocate:

Based on the 2016 vintage and disgorged in September 2019, the new release of Gosset's NV Brut Grand Blanc de Blancs (which will arrive in the US later this year) unwinds in the glass with notes of citrus oil, warm biscuits, green apple and white flowers. Medium to full-bodied, deep and tightly wound, it's racy and incisive, with a bright spine of acidity, chalky structure and a long, penetrating finish. As ever, this cuvée emphasizes Chardonnay from the Montagne de Reims. - William Kelley.

Decanter:

The most subtle lemony cloud hovers above a certain chalkiness on the nose. Utter subtlety also characterises the super-svelte palate that is as light as a feather, yet conveys great depth and creamy softness. The freshness seems buffered by chalk, the mousse serves to remind you that this is actually Champagne, so breezy, so light, so elegant is this. A wonderful combination of depth and weightlessness.
