Sliced green apples, white grapefruit, chalk and white apricots on the nose with some jasmine tea. It’s dry, crisp and mineral, with a medium body, fine bubbles and linear, refreshing finish. 100% chardonnay. Base wine from 2019 with 26% reserve wines. Disgorged January 2023. 3g/L dosage. Drink now.
