I couldn't find the bottling date or any information about the bottle of the NV Fondillón Luis XIV, Edad Superior a 25 años that I tasted other than L-03. It's a dense blend of four different barrels with notes of carob beans, cocoa and dates, with a dusty twist, a little rustic but with great persistence. This was never fortified and has 16.87% alcohol through evaporation and concentration and a pH of 3.42, 6.5 grams of acidity and 47 grams of sugar, similar to the previous bottling. 1,600 half-liter bottles were filled in May 2022. - Luis Gutiérrez.
