"The one white produced here is pure Garnacha Blanca, a scarce grape in Méntrida, and goes by the name 2014 Loco. Half of the wine is fermented in oak barrels and the other half in stainless steel, always with indigenous yeasts, and it aged for six months in used, 500-liter oak barrels with bâttonage. Pale-colored and bright, it's quite recognizable as Garnacha Blanca with its aromas of white flowers and apples with some balsamic touches. The oak is imperceptible in nose and palate, which is round and lush, with some creamy texture from the lees and good acidity, quite fresh for a warm climate zone. A noteworthy Garnacha Blanca".
