The Wine Advocate:

The 2019 O Cabalin is a more balanced red with a juicy palate and still moderate alcohol and ripeness and fine tannins. She used 23 plots in 2019 and could produce a little more wine. It feels fresh and balanced, quite impressive for a warmer year like 2019 and a south exposition of the vines. The grapes were picked early, and the wine is still 13% alcohol. 2,000 bottles were filled in December 2020.
