The 2020 Imagine was produced with Giró grapes from white soils that deliver more ethereal wines from a dry vintage with a long cycle and a healthy crop picked under good weather. It fermented with one-third uncrushed grapes and indigenous yeasts in plastic bins and matured in used 500-liter French oak barrels with two rackings. It has 13% alcohol and a pH of 3.4. It's ethereal, floral, elegant with the faint earthy rusticity of the grape. The palate is medium-bodied with very fine tannins and a chalky texture. Delicious. It's approachable now but should also age in bottle. 1,200 bottles were filled in November 2021.

Expresivo y maduro. Complejo, delicado y elegante tanto en nariz (fruta roja en sazón, como en boca (fresco, equilibrado y sedoso). Enorme!
Grata sorpresa. Vino claro, suave y fácil de beber. Baja graduación. Muy recomendable en verano.
