Decanter:

Aromas of black cherry, with some sandy herbs. This is really quite tannic, and it will need time to settle, as the 15% whole bunch is quite noticeable. It has strength and power, but will need time to soften; then will provide freshness and drinkability. Vinified in ceramic vats.
