The 2017 Balado felt a bit austere, very young, and it's a wine that usually takes some more time in bottle to show its true colors. The 2017s from Zárate are a lot fresher than what the early harvest from a warm and dry year could make you think. 2,660 were filled in May 2018, as they usually bottle in the spring.
