The Wine Advocate:

This is a blend of Tempranillo and Graciano that was first produced in 2012, but because no 2016 was produced, I tasted the 2015 and 2017. The 2015 Cerro Las Cuevas was produced with grapes from the zone of Leza in open-top vats and matured in new oak barrels. This is the last vintage of the old profile, as the wine changed tremendously in 2017. This feels quite classical to be in the more "modern" range, as power and ripe Tempranillo dominate the blend, with generous oak that requires time in bottle to polish its tannins. 4,225 bottles produced.
