Sabaté i Coca Mosset Brut Nature 2020

The 2020 Mosset Brut Nature was produced with the three classical grapes—Xarel.lo, Macabeo and Parellada—that were fermented separately and kept with the lees for three months, then blended and put to referment in bottle, where the wine matured with the lees for four years. It feels young, fresh and nuanced, perhaps not terribly complex but with some developed aromas of mushrooms and decayed flowers. It's bubbly and frothy, with a dry finish. 32,543 bottles produced. It was disgorged in December 2024.
