The Wine Advocate:

"As it had been in bottle for one and a half months, I also tasted the white 2015 Terra de Cuques, the same blend of 90% Pedro Ximenez from Porrera balanced with Moscatel from Molar, fermented with skins and stems for ten days and matured in tank for 16 months. The year could have been a little bit warmer, more in line with the 2009, so Dominik harvested early, resulting in a wine with more acidity than 2014. It is a little cloudy and lighter colored than the 2014. It has a flinty minerality, maybe a little reductive-cum-smoky nose, and it opens up with some time in the glass. Surprisingly enough the wine is fresher and has more tension than the 2014. There is a pleasant bitterness in the finish that combines nicely with the austere minerality. Tasty, and very persistent. This is a wine that calls for food. Volumes keep growing, 16,868 bottles were produced in 2015."

James Suckling:

This whole berry-fermented white made with Pedro Ximénez and muscat is pretty stunning. No wood. Full body, fresh and phenolic. Very serious and stylish. Drink now.
