Avaliação dos peritos

James Suckling:

A huge Chateauneuf-du-Pape with a vast reserve of fine tannins and the special savory richness that only this appellation seems to be capable of. With a bit more subtlety this would rate even higher. However, the balance is good with no perceptible alcohol. A cuvee of 55% mourvedre, 40% grenache and 5% syrah. Drink or hold.

Jeb Dunnuck:

The 2020 Châteauneuf Du Pape XV (55% Mourvedre, 40% Grenache, and 5% Syrah) is another sappy, pretty, elegant wine from this talented winemaker. Giving up outstanding notes of red and black fruits, Provençal herbs, and sappy flower, it has grippy tannins, a balanced, layered mouthfeel, and a great finish. As with the base cuvée, it warrants just a few years in the cellar.
