Avaliação dos peritos

Tim Atkin:

Various vineyards in La Aguilera, widely regarded as one of the most prestigious villages in Ribera del Duero, supply the grapes for this stylish Tinto Fino from the talented Álvaro Izquierdo. Another wine that has benefited from a move to larger, older oak barrels, it's fresh, focused and dense, with racy plum and blackberry fruit and fine-grained tannins. 2024-30.

Decanter:

A glossy wine with upfront dark chocolate and dark fruit aromas, a silky texture and lots of oak. Needs time but has a promising future.

James Suckling:

Plenty of fruit here for a Ribera del Duero with subtle spices and hazelnuts. Tight and chewy on the palate with medium to full body and a juicy, tight and medium-long finish. Drink now or hold.
