Se a vinha de Rausch é a joia da coroa do Sarre, este Kabinett é a sua expressão mais pura e vibrante. Com um teor alcoólico surpreendentemente baixo (8%) e um equilíbrio magistral entre o açúcar residual e uma acidez elétrica, este Riesling é extremamente cativante. No nariz, revela um aroma inebriante de frutas tropicais, especiadas e o caráter inconfundível do xisto. Em boca, é redondo, delicado e quase cremoso, mas com uma tensão mineral que o mantém vertical e eterno. Um branco que encanta hoje e que promete uma capacidade de envelhecimento prodigiosa.

A great riesling kabinett with terrific vitality and extremely elegant acidity that give this a fantastic balance and accentuate the purity. Glides over the finish dispensing chamomile, mint and lemon balm aromas like a shower of rain. A delicate wine with great aging potential. Drink or hold.

The 2023 Rausch Kabinett is very precise and clear on the well-defined, precise and filigreed nose that intermingles very fine slate and bright fruit aromas. Juicy and savory on the palate, this is an intense and complex, gorgeously saline and filigreed Kabinett with black tea with milk and brown rock sugar aromas. It is weightless yet intense and irresistible. 8% stated alcohol and just below 50 grams per liter of residual sugar. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in August 2024 from AP 4 24.
