O Resalte Essences Cuvée representa a expressão máxima da filosofia da adega e um regresso enriquecido às antigas tradições da Ribera del Duero, onde o valor residia no conhecimento do terroir e na mistura de safras. Rompendo com a rigidez dos rótulos de um único ano, este vinho é um lote magistral que reúne três colheitas excecionais: 2020, 2021 e 2022. Concebido como uma autêntica peça de coleção devido à sua produção extremamente limitada de pouco mais de 1.500 garrafas, encarna o «saber-fazer» acumulado de uma região.

The pricey NV Essences Nº3 is the third version of this multi-vintage blend, on this occasion mixing wines from the 2020, 2021 and 2022 vintages. It comes through as heady, perfumed and a little oaky but more floral and finer-boned than its siblings. It was produced with Tempranillo, Garnacha and Albillo grapes from a field blend in a very old plot in the village of Pedrosa where the soils are covered with gravel and have clay and limestone below, and the Garnacha and the white grapes provide more silkiness, lightness and acidity. The wine spent 14 months on average in barrel, and the older wines are kept in clay jars for three years. 1,584 bottles were filled in March 2024.
Resalte es una bodega de Peñafiel que inició su andadura en el año 2000. Desde entonces conjuga a la perfección los métodos tradicionales con el uso de la última tecnología.
