O Petite Eglise é o segundo vinho do Château l'Église Clinet. Este tinto aveludado proveniente de Pomerol, uma das denominações mais reconhecidas de Bordéus, apresenta um complexo leque de aromas a frutos vermelhos e pretos, com uma agradável sensação de redondeza e delicadeza em boca. Segundo a Decanter, esta colheita de 2025 proporcionará «muito prazer» graças à sua boa estrutura e frescura, que coexistem em equilíbrio.

James Suckling:

A salty red with fresh acidity and vivid, very polished bright fruit. It’s medium-bodied with a lovely center palate and a defined finish. Very typical and classy. A blend of 90% merlot and 10% cabernet franc.

Decanter:

So fragrant with Chinese five spice, cinnamon, something sweetly exotic about the spiced touches along with dried flowers and dark bramble fruit. Supple and bouncy, so well executed with such a creamy, smooth texture that really enrobes the mouth in ripe but cool, fresh blue fruit aspects. Chalky, stony touches come in on the finish with a long-lasting floral edged finish. Incredible harmony as it strikes a really great balance between concentration, weight and freshness with no one element overtaking the other. Absolutely delicious with great construction and so accessible – this will give a lot of pleasure. A joyful wine. Ageing 65% new oak.
