The Wine Advocate:

Retaining the restrained oak profile observed en primeur while gaining in density during élevage, the 2023 Les Gravières comfortably exceeds expectations. It unfurls aromas of dark berries, pencil shavings, spices and flowers, followed by a medium- to full-bodied, dense and rich palate built around a fleshy core of fruit. Powdery tannins and a finely enveloping texture lead into a long, mineral finish. In dialing back the oak, the wine reveals its true identity and considerable potential.

Plummy fruit with mossy red berries, cinnamon and baking spices. Medium-bodied but fairly tensile, with firm, fine tannins and a textural center palate. Round, fine-grained and structured. Long finish. Drink from 2026.
