Vindima manual com seleção das uvas de 14 a 19 de setembro.
Vinificação
Em depósitos de aço inoxidável com regulação de temperatura, com seleção parcelar e pigeages manuais. Encubamento (deposição em depósito) com duração média de 40 dias. Fermentação malolática em depósitos. Lote em janeiro de 2026.

Decanter:

Wonderful fragrance on the nose, smells gorgeous with ripe back fruit and wild purple flowers. Sapid and lithe, this is fresh and so fruity - really forward and alive. So juicy, almost tart but more like freshly picked strawberry juice with a citrus tang to the acidity as well as a chalky base. Mouthwatering but also ripe in terms of fleshy tannins and fresh acidity. A lovely combination with a lot going on. So ripe in terms of texture - velvety and almost creamy - but so fresh - cool mint, aniseed, slate and flint with that liquorice bite on the finish. A yield of 39hl/ha. 3.50pH. (Georgina Hindle)

A fresh and fruity red with pleasant aromas of berries, light orange peel and blossoms. Medium-bodied with fine tannins. Round and juicy finish. Salty at the end. (James Suckling)

Another sleeper of the vintage, the 2025 Joanin Bécot is as gourmand and energetic as ever, revealing aromas of iris, lilac, dark berries and flowers. Medium- to full-bodied, juicy and enveloping, it’s tense and vibrant, built around a perfumed, fruit-driven mid-palate that leads to an ethereal, floral finish.
