A refined syrah showing cloves, dill and iodine, partly reflective of its 100% whole-bunch fermentation. This medium-bodied beauty augurs for positive mid-term cellaring, thanks to the tension and the gentle blue fruit, kelp and charcuterie accents draped across the impeccably wrought tannins. Stony, detailed and long. Gorgeous stuff with a very bright future. Drinkable now, but best from 2028.
