Complex and layered Champagne with aromas of hazelnuts, ginger, candied citrus, dried pineapple, spices, toast and roasted almonds. Very fine and integrated bubbles and an elegant yet concentrated interplay of dried fruit and toasty notes. 60% chardonnay and 40% pinot noir. Based on 2009 harvest. Disgorged in February 2021. Dosage 7g/L. Drink now.
