Avaliação dos peritos

The Wine Advocate :

The 2023 Cotes de Provence Rose Garrus is a true success, offering an alluring bouquet of pomegranate, spices, ripe orchard fruits and red berries, delicately framed by subtle oaky nuances. Medium- to full-bodied, sappy and ample, it is layered and textural, with a tactile core of fruit and a touch of freshness that lifts the finish. This is a structured, sophisticated rosé that can age gracefully, promising to reveal further complexity over the next 4–5 years.

Decanter:

Vast swathes of red berries, toasted nuts and saffron spice give way to a sumptuous Eton Mess complexity with a beguiling acidity and soft texture. Pure luxury.

James Suckling:

A splendid rosé, driven and tense. It shows notes of lemon tea, melon, fresh apricots, wild herbs and some rocks. Medium- to full-bodied with bright acidity. Seductive and succulent, with a stream of acidulated fruit on the palate framed harmoniously and funneling into the long finish. Drink or hold.

Wine Enthusiast:

This is one of two prestige cuvées from this house, under the same ownership as Roederer Champagne. Always a seductive wine, this vintage has excelled itself. Its poise, restrained elegance and fragrant fruitiness are impeccable. Acidity, red fruits and a crisp texture are all present. Let the wine age and drink from 2022. (Roger Voss)

Falstaff:

Light salmon pink, brass touch, silver reflections. Delicate nuances of red forest berries, some peach and lime zest, a hint of wood savouriness, nuances of vanilla and caramel, attractive bouquet. Powerful, juicy, yellow fruit notes, creamy texture, apricot and fine honey on the finish, shows length and certain ageing potential.
